Salon Guidelines
Arrival
Allow 15 minutes before your first appointment to complete your skin profile details for treatments, to relax and enjoy refreshments prior to your treatment.
Late Arrival
If your treatment is compromised by a late arrival, I will endeavor to prioritise with you what you most need completed.
Cancellation
I appreciate 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. If you repeatedly miss your appointment without notification, you will be asked to pre-pay your next appointment otherwise I may decline your future appointments.
Notification of Appointment
I will send you an SMS reminder the day before your appointment to allow you to change or cancel your appointment.
Mobile Phones
Please ensure cellphones are switched off.
Payment Options
I accept cash, EFT payments and Skin Therapy gift vouchers. Unfortunately no cheques.
For Your Protection
I cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, damage or misfortune that my occur while you at my premises.
Pregnancy Safety and other Health Concerns
Although there are treatments that can be indulged in when pregnant, not all treatments and products are recommended during this time. Please notify me beforehand.
Also alert me of any of the following:
- Heart conditions
- High/low blood pressure
- Diabetes
- Epilepsy
- Allergies to iodine, shellfish, nut products or ANY other products you may be allergic to
- Medication such as Roaccutane, Retin-A or any other chronic medication
- Cancer
- Breastfeeding mothers
Please inform me of any changes in medication and medical/illnesses.
Smoking
Skin Therapy Spa is a complete smoke free zone.
